LVPG Location Updates Phase 1
Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG) is adapting to keep patients safe and continue to ensure they get the care they need when they need it during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
During this period, LVPG will increase use of “virtual” health care visits by phone, as well as E-Visits and LVHN Video Visits accessed through the MyLVHN patient portal. This will allow LVPG health care providers to deliver the care patients need and prevent the spread of infection. If a patient and health care team decide the patient’s need is best met with a face-to-face visit, one will be scheduled as appropriate.
Temporary practice locations and information
Some LVPG physicians will see patients at other LVPG locations during this period. Patients can learn more about temporary LVPG practice location changes by visiting LVHN.org/relocations.
Information about LVPG providers, practice telephone numbers and locations also can be found at LVHN.org/findadoctor.
Additional LVPG access guidance
When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and LVPG providers and practices can resume scheduling traditional face-to-face appointments, patients will be notified. For questions about an upcoming appointment or help with scheduling a virtual or in-person visit, patients are asked to call their LVPG health care provider’s office or call 888-402-LVHN (5846).
Many LVHN ExpressCARE facilities throughout our area also are available for treatment of minor illnesses and injuries without an appointment. To see which sites are available, please visit LVHN.org/ExpressCARE.
